Description

Two examples of origami bacteriophage. Ok, technically it's not origami because the only icosahedrons that can be made by origami require some 20+ individual pieces. I just used origami paper and spattered it with golden calligraphy ink, and then the tail is made from white pipe-cleaners with spikes made of p200 micropipettor tips colored with gold enamel paint. Hurray science!
